Allplast develops materials and products for antiballistic applications. At the heart of Allplast’s approach is the application of lighter and improved materials such as advanced plastics and fibre reinforced composites. Innovative products are created with these which offer the user even better protection against many ballistic threats.
Developments in the field of safety
Allplast is very active in the field of safety products. We are continually optimising our processes and materials, so that we can produce even better and lighter products. We develop safety products such as:
- burglar-proof and impact resistant laminates
- bullet-proof laminates
- personal protection, such as bullet and splinter proof visors and shields

Who do we work for?
We produce our innovative products in the field of safety, amongst others, for:
- military police ( the Dutch marechaussee)
- the army
- police, including (drugs) intervention teams
- security companies
Technology and our own development
Allplast makes use of the latest materials in the development of our own products and products for our customers. Allplast has its own development division which can also assist you if you desire custom solutions. We work extensively on the ballistic applications of recently developed thermoplastic composite materials. Besides this we have developed our own new combinations of materials with which improved laminates and composites can be manufactured. We choose materials which, in combination with our autoclave process, offer clear added value in relation to alternatives. Thanks to the good relations we have with the most important resin manufacturers in Europe, we have access to the latest plastic plate materials (extruded and poured), with which for example even better mechanical and optical performances can be achieved.
