Allplast is fit for the assembly of your products in plastics or composites. Much experience is present in the assembly of small lots to series of thousands a year. Often the needed parts are manufactured inhouse by routing, hotline bending, thermoforming. For products in larger series, close cooperation is present with injection moulders.

For a number of multinationals, Allplast acts as a supplier of complete modules or systems, whereas we also take care for the development and purchasing of parts, e.g. metal or injectionmoulded parts.
Often Allplast works with big turntables, together with clamping moulds to facilitate effective an efficient glueing & assembly operations. The design of the moulds, and accompanying systems is one of our assets. All valuable glueing systems ranging from solventbased glue to high end 2K polyurethan and epoxy systems are available inhouse as well as a heating tunnel of 15 metres to speed up the curing process in a controlled way. In the field of developing and production of gluebased assembly, Allplast has an extremely strong position.
