High tech composites
Composites are materials build from strong, stiff fibres and a resin. Especially when a carbon fiber is being used materials evolve with strength and stifness of steel, but at a fraction of its weight. Allplast is equipped for processing composite materials in its autoclave into high value components.
In the aircraft industry the autoclave process is mostly used because it ensures the best quality possible. At Allplast a lot of experience is present with carbon-epoxy prepregs and the finishing into semifinished or finished modules. In our autoclave we are capable of handling products up to 2,2 metres long. Due to this limited size we are able to operate economically and flexibly at smaller series too.
Allplast likes to work on the development of new products. Our experience with development, prototyping and mould techniques, together with the materials knowlegde and production possibilities, makes Allplast an excellent development partner for high value composite parts.
